We proudly stand behind the quality of our Gold PVD pieces and offer a lifetime warranty against tarnishing. If your item shows signs of tarnish under normal wear, we will replace it—no questions asked.

Please Note:

• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or physical damage (e.g. scratches, bending, or breakage).

• Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
